Unusual, Unwanted, Unexpected events may or may not lead to product which is OOS, but they need to be captured, documented, assessed for product impact and investigated to avoid recurrence. This SOP handles the reporting of the deviation and triggers an investigation if needed, as well as reminding the Quality Unit to consider product impact and effectiveness of actions taken.
